General:

>Eighth rank at the squad level, fourth and final officer rank.

>Generals are responsible for setting the tone and direction of their squad. They should be the example of what to be for all officers and should demonstrate an above and beyond dedication to what their squad, division and community.

>Generals are expected to be able to interact with any and all community members as required, and is heavily encouraged to continue to build rapport with the leadership around and above them to create a great working team.

>Generals are expected to attend or host a minimum of 4 squad meetings/workshops per month and 4 divisional meetings/workshops per month.

>First rank approved to run Divisional Workshops. Generals, may be asked occasionally to run the weekly Divisional workshop, with the approval of the Founder.

>Generals are the only approved personnel, in the squad system, to promote a member in their squad. This task cannot be completed by any other member or officer in a squad.

>Generals are responsible for ensuring that their officers are providing up-to-date training and information to their subordinate ranks, ensuring that squad issues are being appropriately handled, and for communicating changes and updates to their team.

>Generals are not expected to recruit, except in cases where it is necessary. However, it is required that they remain up-to-date on recruiting guidelines so that they can effectively train others.

>As General, you are responsible for the direct mentorship and training of your Major, and prepare them to more than successfully fulfill the rank of General. (Remember, they may take over your squad that you and your team worked hard to build.)

>Should be prepared at any time to pass a detailed inspection of all rank requirements, the Code of Conduct, the Regulations and Polices, and other Divisional or community information.

>Eligible for promotion after successfully handling the rank of General for 30 days and after passing a detailed exam of the previously mentioned information. (This exam is completed by the Division Leader.)



Major:

>Seventh rank at the squad level, third full officer rank.

>Responsible for close interaction with all squad members and divisional leadership, and for attending squad/division events and meetings a minimum of 6 times a month (ie: 2 division meetings, 2 squad meetings and 2 game nights; bear in mind promotions are only done at official meetings).

>Are eligible to recruit, however Majors primary responsibility is to ensure that they are receiving training from their leadership and developing their skillsets in order to successfully run their own squad. Can approve members to recruit.

>Responsible for mentoring the Captains and providing their officer training, also responsible for assisting the General with any squad related tasks they request help with.

>Majors may be asked frequently to run both weekly workshops and squad meetings on behalf of the General, this must be approved by the General of the squad.

>Must be able to pass a random detailed inspection of knowledge regarding the Code of Conduct, and Regulations and Policies.

>Eligible for promotion to General after 2 weeks of training and after passing a detailed inspection of knowledge regarding the Code of Conduct, duties of all squad ranks below them and the General rank, and a detailed inspection regarding knowledge of the Rules, Regulations and Policies.



Captain:

>Sixth rank at the squad level, second full officer rank.

>Responsible for close interaction with all squad members and various division members and leaders, and for attending squad/division events and meetings a minimum of 5 times a month (ie: 2 division meetings, 2 squad meetings and 1 game night; bear in mind promotions are only done at official meetings).

>Are eligible to recruit, however it is less of an expectation than the enlisted ranks. Can also approve members to recruit.

>Responsible for mentoring the Lieutenants and providing their officer training, also responsible for assisting the Major and General with any squad related tasks they request help with.

>May be frequently asked to run the weekly squad workshop, must be approved by the General of your squad.

>First rank eligible to run squad meetings. May be asked occasionally to run the weekly squad meeting, must be approved by the General of your squad.

>Must be able to pass a random detailed inspection of knowledge regarding the Code of Conduct.

>Continued familiarization with the Rules, Regulations and Policies.

>Captains may be asked occasionally to run squad meetings on designated days or on occasion a workshop.

>Eligible for promotion to Major after 2 weeks of training and after passing a detailed inspection of knowledge regarding the Code of Conduct, duties of their rank and the rank above them, and a general inspection regarding knowledge of the Rules, Regulations and Policies.



Lieutenant:

>Fifth rank at the squad level, first full officer rank.

>Responsible for close interaction with various squad/division members and leaders, and for attending squad/division events and meetings a minimum of 4 times a month. (ie: 2 division meetings, 1 squad meetings and 1 game nights; bear in mind promotions are only done at official meetings).

>Are eligible to recruit, however it is less of an expectation than the enlisted ranks. Can also approve members to recruit.

>Responsible for mentoring the Staff Sergeants and providing their preliminary officer training, also responsible for assisting the Captains with any squad related tasks they request help with.

>First rank eligible to run workshops. May be asked on occasion to run the weekly workshop, must be approved by the General of your squad.

>Must be able to pass a random general inspection of knowledge regarding the Code of Conduct.

>Must begin to familiarize themselves with the Rules, Regulations and Policies.

>Eligible for promotion to Captain after 2 weeks of training and after passing a general inspection of knowledge regarding the Code of Conduct, duties of their rank and the rank above them.



Staff Sergeant:

>Fourth rank at the squad level, junior officer rank.

>Responsible for close interaction with various squad/division members and leaders, and frequently attending squad/division events and meetings. (Bear in mind promotions are only done at official meetings).

>Be able to pass a general inspection of knowledge of the Code of Conduct.

>Are eligible to recruit.

>Responsible for mentoring the Sergeants and assisting the Lieutenants with any squad related tasks they request help with.

>Eligible for promotion to Lieutenant after 1 week of preliminary officer training.



Sergeant:

>Third rank at the squad level.

>Responsible for close interaction with various squad and division members, and attending squad events/meetings when possible. (Bear in mind promotions are only done at official meetings).

>Continued familiarization with the Code of Conduct.

>Can recruit without any other member present.

>Responsible for assisting their squad's Corporals with recruiting or with any questions they might have.

>Eligible for promotion to Staff Sergeant after 1 week and after changing gamertag to include TRT



Corporal:

>Second rank at the squad level.

>Responsible for interacting with various squad members and attending squad events/meetings when possible. (Bear in mind promotions are only done at official meetings)

>Continued familiarization with the Code of Conduct.

>Can be approved to recruit by an observing officer but must have a Sergeant or higher present for all recruiting.

>Not responsible for member management.

>Eligible for promotion to Sergeant after 3 days and after 2 recruits.



Private:

>First rank at the squad level.

>Responsible for interacting with various squad members and attending squad events/meetings when possible. (Bear in mind promotions are only done at official meetings)

>Familiarizing themselves with the TRT Code of Conduct.

>Cannot recruit and are not responsible for member management.

>Eligible for promotion to Corporal after 24 hours.
