Division Leader:

> Second Divisional Rank (V)

> Division Leaders are responsible for overseeing up to 3 Founders, the maximum permitted, in their division. Division Leaders are also expected to frequently meet with their Founders to ensure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities.

> Division Leaders are expected to ensure that there is a weekly division meeting and workshop being completed. The Division Leader may designate a Founder to run these, however is required to personally run at least one per month.

> Division Leaders should have an extensive knowledge regarding the Code of Conduct, Regulations and Policies, rank structure & SOPs, recruiting policies and procedures, and who the leaders over them are. They should also be able to easily provide this information upon request or as needed.

>Division Leaders are required to attend a minimum of 2 senior leadership meetings per month and 1 senior leadership workshop, both of which are hosted by the Vice President over their division. Any time the Division Leader misses a meeting, they are to obtain the notes from their Vice President. Founders are prohibited from attending these meetings and workshops.

> Division Leaders are not required to host divisional gamenights, although they are heavily encouraged to do so. Division Leaders are also encouraged to attend as many gamenights as possible to get to know their membership.

> Division Leaders are responsible for promoting a Major to the rank of General after recommendation by both the General and Founder has been provided and after all requirements have been met. They are also responsible for promoting a General to the rank of Founder, after all requirements have been met.

> Division Leaders are eligible for promotion after successfully maintaining their rank for 60 days, passing a thorough exam on knowledge of the Code of Conduct, Regulations and Policies, Division and Squad procedures and operations, the complete Clan Ops ranking system, and responsibilities of the Vice President rank. The Division Leader also must have completed a HR management course. The exam will be provided by your Vice President with 2 other Vice Presidents as witnesses, or, if no Vice Presidents are available, the President of Clan Ops may complete it. The Vice Presidents make their recommendation to the President who makes the final determination.

Founder:

> First Divisional rank. (V)

> Founders are responsible for overseeing up to 3 Generals, which are assigned to them by their Division Leader. Founders are to meet regularly with their Generals to ensure that they are fulfilling their responsibilities and are being prepared for future leadership positions.

> Founders are responsible for running the weekly Divisional workshops, as designated by the Division Leader, and may be occasionally asked to host the weekly Divisional meeting. Must be approved by the Division Leader.

> Founders are expected to be knowledgeable regarding the Code of Conduct, Regulations and Policies, rank structure, recruiting policies and procedures, and the leadership over them, as well as be able to convey this information with little difficulty.

> Founders are also expected to attend a minimum of 1 squad meeting or workshop for each of the Generals they are assigned to. This is to ensure that the membership sees and interact with the leadership.

> Founders are to attend a minimum of 2 Divisional workshops and 2 Divisional meetings per month, though it is heavily encouraged to attend as many as possible to allow further experience, interaction, and to show above and beyond dedication.

> Founders are not required to host weekly Divisional gamenights, however are strongly encouraged to participate in Division and Squad gamenights as frequently as possible in order to set the example for attendance and participation with our team.

> Founders are responsible for recommending Majors to the Division Leader for promotion to General. (See Major for promotion requirements)

> Founders are eligible for promotion after successfully maintaining their rank for 60 days, passing a thorough exam on knowledge of the Code of Conduct, Regulations and Policies, Division and Squad procedures and operations, ranking system and responsibilities of the Division Leader rank, and also after attending a minimum of one Training and Leadership Seminar. Promotion to Division Leader is determined by the Vice President over the Division, after the Division Leader makes their recommendation and after all requirements have been met.
