Chief Operations Officer

Position and Title: Board of Executives ~ COO ~ Executive Court Judge

Departments: R.A.P., T&E, Web Ops, Clan Ops

Objectives: The Chief Operations Officer oversees the Presidents/Directors of the departments they are over. The COO is to meet with their department heads a minimum of once per month in order to both receive reports and to provide instructions from the Board. The COO is to address any specific concerns escalated to them from their department heads. The COO also nominates the department head to the VEO and CEO who determine if that member will be promoted to that position.
