Chief Financial Officer

Position and Title: Board of Executives ~ CFO ~ Executive Court Judge

Departments: Social Media, Productions, and Creative Design

Objectives: The Chief Financial Officer oversees the Presidents/Directors of the departments they are over. They also make recommendations to the Board regarding the spending of TRT funds on the community, which the Board votes on. The CFO is to meet with their department heads a minimum of once per month in order to both receive reports and to provide instructions from the Board. The CFO is to address any specific concerns escalated to them from their department heads. The CFO also nominates the department head to the VEO and CEO who determine if that member will be promoted to that position.
