Chief Relations Officer

Position and Title: Board of Executives ~ CRO ~ Executive Court Judge

Departments: Human Resources (HR), Public Relations (PR), Ministry of Defense (MoD), Primary Courts

Objectives: The Chief Relations Officer oversees the Presidents/Directors of the departments they are over. The CRO is to meet with their department heads a minimum of once per month in order to both receive reports and to provide instructions from the Board. The CRO is to address any specific concerns escalated to them from their department heads. The CRO also nominates the department head to the VEO and CEO who determine if that member will be promoted to that position. The CRO position handles all major interactions between relations between communities and other issues escalated to them.
